Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the beTenis app and website. By creating an account or using beTenis, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Information only. beTenis provides tennis data, ratings and alerts for informational purposes. It does not take bets, handle money, or guarantee any outcome, and nothing in it is financial or betting advice. You alone are responsible for any decision you make. beTenis is for users aged 18 and over.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use beTenis for anything unlawful, or in any place where its content isn't permitted.
Don't attempt to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
Don't misrepresent beTenis data as guaranteed results or official bookmaker information.

Accuracy & availability

We work to keep our data, Signals and odds accurate and timely, but they're derived from third-party sources and models and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Alerts are best-effort and depend on your device, network and notification settings — we can't guarantee delivery. The service is provided "as is", and we may change or interrupt it at any time.

Subscriptions

beTenis is free to download and includes a trial. Paid Pro and Max plans, when available, are billed through your app store under its terms, and renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account. Prices may change, with notice for existing subscribers.

Intellectual property

The beTenis name, logo, app, Signals and content are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you don't get ownership of any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beTenis is not liable for any losses — including any betting or financial losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
